In person (by appointment only): 9:00 – 12:00 and 14:00-16:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

By telephone:

14:00 - 16:00: Monday to Wednesday

15:00  - 16:00: on Thursday 

8:30 - 12:00: on Friday
